Supervision Group for New Therapists
This is a space for therapists new to the field (first 3 or so years) to explore clinical concerns and questions in a supportive environment, led by an experienced therapist. The first years in the field can carry some unique challenges, with imposter syndrome sneaking in, feelings of overwhelm, and the question “did they teach me this in school?” often rearing its head. Here’s a space to find support and room for growth in a nonjudgmental way.
Meets weekly on Thursday mornings at 11AM.

Individual Consultation
I provide a warm collaborative approach as a supervisor. This is a space to look at skills and talk through clinical directions for clients, as well as process transference that may be occurring.
Originally trained as a music therapist who now has had training in parts work, somatics (the Trauma Resiliency Model and Somatic Experiencing) and attachment focused EMDR, I specialize in working with trauma, and love supporting other therapists in their work.

The Basics of Finances in Running a Private Practice
All of those questions about how many clients you need, how to set fees, how to think through if you want to take sliding scale and what that looks like? I love talking that through.
In addition to my love of emotional depth, I love math (weird, I know), and this has been so helpful in helping me work on the financial sides of running my sole proprietor business.
I’m happy to talk things through, work on tools to make the understanding and management of money more manageable.
I also know that finances kick up the feels. The stories around money that we carry in our minds and bodies definitely impact how we deal with money. While the math of the numbers is straightforward, I know the emotions that come up around the numbers do not feel straightforward. I am happy to sit with those complicated emotions around money while also supporting you to take the steps that make your business financially viable.
